Coloring Contest  

Rules:

• Contest open to children grades 2-4.
• One entry per student only.
• Entries may be submitted in person or by mail to:

Be sure to include Child’s name, age, address, phone number and shirt size on a separate piece of paper or a note card.

• Deadline for submission is 4 p.m. October 8, 2010.
• Entries will be displayed at the Sophienburg the week of October 13, and the winners will be pictured at the Night at the Sophienburg event October 15.
• In order to be a winner, the participant’s parent/guardian must sign a publicity release form upon notification. Failure to do so will forfeit the participant’s status as winner, and another student will be chosen.

Judging:

• Entries judged based on creativity.
• Judging will be held October 13, 2010.
• Winners will be notified by phone.
• There will be one winner per grade level.

Prizes:

• Winners will receive:
  • A Sophienburg T-shirt.
  • Recognition in the Sophienburg Winter Newsletter.
  • One free family ticket to the Night at the Sophienburg event.
